How can we help you?
Frequently Asked Questions
I want to learn how to start an ABLE account, can you help me?
We are often confused with ABLE United which is the organization that manages ABLE accounts. They are a wonderful partner to The Able Trust, and you can find more information on their website: www.ableunited.com.
Can The Able Trust help with funding for my organization?
The first 30 years of our history has been focused on grant making to local nonprofits. However, through our recent strategic planning process and research, we have determined that our resources can have a greater impact when we work as a convener and capacity builder. There may be opportunities for your organization to partner with us on testing a potential solution for closing the disability workforce participation gap. The best way to receive information about these opportunities is to join our mailing list. Click here to join.
Can The Able Trust help me or a family member find a job?
The Able Trust is not a direct employment service provider. The Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation helps people with disabilities find and maintain employment. If you are a Floridian with a disability and would like education or information on employment assistance, CLICK HERE.
