CareerSource Florida’s youth programs are an investment in our future workforce. Last year, nearly all local workforce development boards hosted programs that served young people in 57 counties across Florida. These programs provided personalized guidance to match each student’s unique aspirations with the most suitable opportunities. Participants have gained experience in some of the state’s most in-demand industries, including healthcare, aviation, information technology, manufacturing, and hospitality.
